Our fee structure
The basis of our fee is very simple. We charge for every payslip we produce and we charge for the year end returns, but - unlike other payroll bureau - we don't charge for any other basic services.

- Registration of new employer with Inland Revenue - free
- Setup of new employer - free
- New employees - free
- Leavers - free
- SSP recording - free
- SMP/SPP/SPA recording - free
- Arrestments - free
- Standard detailed reports - free
- Post payslips to the employer - free
- E-mail payslips to each employee - free
- Staff paid by BACS - free
So what do we charge for?
- Each payslip
- P35 employers annual return, and P60 forms
Some optional services will also (naturally) attract a separate fee:
- Posting payslips direct to individual employees
- Holiday tracking
- Contracts of employment
- Discipline advice and support
- Health and safety advice
- Redundancy, lay-offs and downsizing policies and implementation
- Secure webmail access to payslips
Our fees are normally calculated over a full year, and collected monthly through the BACS system.
Although we don't tie our clients into a long notice period, if the client leaves within 12 months of the service commencing there may be a small charge for setting -up the scheme with the Inland Revenue.
